The extracted Church records typically go to the 1880/90 period, but the online records go well into the 1900s, so you would have to look at the actual records page by page. I would suggest starting with the church records, and then go to the civil records.
The extracted records will give the town's name (often the church also), but not the name of the rancho or hacienda. So you would use Nochistlan as the location, and not La Jabonera.
If you know the names of siblings, it is also useful to search for them as well, as not all the children in a family are always in the church or civil records.

I think it looks like you'll have to do some investigating around the Nochistlan records. Usually, researchers would have investigate the latter records usually 1821-modern day in order to be able to connect to research that has been completed. Once you reach the early XIX century, it is likely you will connect to other people's research. This will require you to search page by page, book by book, in order to find the extact information you desire. It is a tedious job, but if one is willing to invest their time, it is very fulfilling. Most likely your Jauregui will connect to "the Jauregui" family of Nochistlan, very old spanish family that has been in Nochistlan from the late 1600s, I believe they originated from Sevilla, if I remember correctly. Be prepared for you research to take you most likely into Jalisco, Aguascalientes and other parts in Zacatecas. For most of us, our ancestors moved a lot during the centuries. My mother is from the capital city of Aguascalientes, my
father from Guadalajara and they have ancestors in those cities, but also in Michoacan, Jalisco, Zacatecas, Aguascalientes, Guanajuato, Puebla, Mexico City, Queretaro and San Luis Potosi.

The jauregui tree in tepa, jalos, valle de gpe. San miguel el alto mexticacan teocaltiche and Nochistlan has been a struggle for me for many years. Look up the name by Jaure. Xaurugui. Xaur. Good luck and Happy new year.

Abram, like Alicia I have found many people on Familysearch and Ancestry but the majority have been from reading a record page by page and investing the time and patience it takes to reclaim our ancestors and families. I had no intention of working on anything but my direct lines but found there were so many families marrying into the same families I expanded my records. I've been working on them for almost 20 years now with Family in Zacatecas, Jalisco and Michoacan for the most part. By working together I was able to help Daniel take our Mendez line back even further and he took it all the way to Spain. In working together I've been helped and helped others make advances by opening our minds to surnames that made no sense at the time or women who used 3 or 4 surnames and I had them as 3 or 4 different lines. I'm still learning..
My files are on Rootsweb.com because that is a free site and Ancestry charges people to search records even though they are the same company. My file is called Mexico and I have more than 80 thousand people who are my lines or families that married into them. I will be updating and making corrections again within the next week.
I know it's hard to be patient but there is NOTHING like that break-through record that you found yourself that is the key to your family history.

So iv'e been looking over the church records and baptism records but poorly i'v only found their census.The census just tells me what estimated year they were born and the name of their husband and wife and their children but i need info of Mauricio Armas parents like date of birth date of marriage date of death and if possibly the names of Mauricio Grandparents.

The church records and baptism records are one thing. The civil records are
another. Have you browsed the civil records in the link I sent you? The
only way you will be able to find more info on these people is by finding
the birth record of Mauricio Armas, or a sibling, so you can get the names
of the grandparents or by finding the marriage record of Margarito Armas
and Macedonia Jauregui so you can get the names of the parents and go from
there. You are the one that is going to have to find that info. Until then
it is unlikely you will get what you are looking for.

Im still on it but its so difficult looking through the marriage records i can bearly understand their writing and plus im going page by page it's so exhausting but hopefully i find what i need soon.Im going to try and do that and see if it helps thanks.
My mother's family is native from La Jabonera. I have been there a few times (en los papaquis). I amazed when I saw La Jabonera in the title.
My mother was born in 1949 and lived in La Jabonera in her childhood, maybe she met some of your relatives. I don't know when my grandparents arrived to La Jabonera but my mother was teenager when they moved to Nochistlán. They are Rodríguez González.
